  7. 2 cans of chopped tomatoes
  8. 1 tbsp. of tomato paste
  9. 1 beef stock cube
  10. 1 tsp of dried oregano
  11. 1 tsp of dried basil
  12. 1 bay leaf
  13. Salt and pepper
  14. Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)


Instructions:


  • Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large frying pan or saucepan, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned.
  • Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, celery, and carrots to the pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened.

  1. 500g of ground beef
